At Mount Logan Chiropractic, we believe healing doesn’t happen all at once—and that’s okay. Just like you wouldn’t build a house without laying a solid foundation, your body needs the right support to heal, rebuild, and thrive. Skipping steps or rushing the healing process can leave you with temporary relief but long-term frustration.

That’s why our care is designed to follow a purposeful, step-by-step approach that strengthens your body from the ground up. Whether you’re coming in with back pain, stiffness, or looking for long-term wellness, we’ll help you move through a personalized plan that fits your needs and goals.

Step 1: Identifying Pain + Finding Relief

If you’re in pain, our first goal is simple: help you feel better. This is often the stage when people first come to see us—whether from a recent injury like a whiplash, or they are struggling with lingering back pain, neck pain, or headaches.

During this step, we focus on reducing pain and inflammation through targeted chiropractic adjustments and gentle therapies.

Step 2: Addressing the Problem for Long-Term Health

Once the immediate pain is under control, we move into the second step. Here, the goal is to address the root of the problem, not just the symptoms.

We focus on restoring balance, improving posture, and helping muscles and tissues heal properly so that your body can function as it’s meant to. This step helps reduce the risk of the same issue coming back down the road.

While addressing the problem, most patients visit us 2 times a week for 8 to 12 weeks, depending on how their body responds and the severity of the issue.

Step 3: Maintain + Prevent

After your body has healed and you’re feeling good, it’s important to maintain that progress. Just like you take your car in for regular maintenance, your body benefits from routine chiropractic care to keep everything aligned and functioning at its best.

Wellness care is about keeping you feeling great—before pain starts again. Depending on your lifestyle, stress levels, and health goals, this might mean a quick visit  a few times a month for up to a year, or longer if needed.
